Our services are designed for use by businesses (B2B) and are not intended for individual consumer use. We act as a service provider to our business clients and communicate with their leads on their behalf.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS text messaging is a core component of the services provided by Green Star Solutions. By providing your phone number to us or to one of our business clients, and by consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following:
Consent
We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided prior express consent, either directly to Green Star Solutions or to our business client with whom you have an existing relationship. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Depending on the nature of the conversation and follow-up sequence, you may receive multiple messages over the course of several days or weeks. The exact number of messages will depend on the specific campaign and your level of engagement with our messages.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received, depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. Green Star Solutions is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Green Star Solutions at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent to you unless you explicitly re-opt in.

Supported Carriers

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Green Star Solutions is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by wireless carriers or network conditions.
No Sharing of Consent Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Age Restriction
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or consenting to receive SMS messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to or communicate with individuals under the age of 18.
5. Client Responsibilities
If you are a business client engaging Green Star Solutions to provide lead reactivation services, you agree to the following:
- Lead data accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all lead data provided to us is accurate, current, and collected in compliance with applicable laws.
- Consent and compliance: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your leads to allow Green Star Solutions to contact them via SMS on your behalf, or that an existing business relationship exists that permits such contact under applicable law.
- Lawful use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state privacy laws.
- Prohibited content: You agree not to provide or request us to send any content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Green Star Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these responsibilities or any misrepresentation regarding lead consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, and software — are the exclusive property of Green Star Solutions or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
