Consent

• Consent and compliance: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your leads to allow Green Star Solutions to contact them via SMS on your behalf, or that an existing business relationship exists that permits such contact under applicable law.
• Lawful use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state privacy laws.
• Prohibited content: You agree not to provide or request us to send any content that is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Green Star Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these responsibilities or any misrepresentation regarding lead consent.
